1. Who we are and what these terms cover
ATA Training Academy (ATA) is the trading name of Atamelang Training Academy (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2018/463212/07, with its physical address at 33 Brandt Street, Andrew Gouws Building, Kroonstad, 9500. Our website is www.atatrainingacademy.co.za. Contact us at admin@atatrainingacademy.co.za or (065) 752-9651. Further supplier information appears on our Organisation Details page.
These terms govern use of our website and purchases made directly through it. Read them together with our Privacy and POPIA Policy, Shop and Fulfilment Policy, and Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy. A separately signed organisational or programme agreement governs the services specifically covered by that agreement, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Learning and services
ATA offers employability learning, programme solutions and business development services. The ATA Employability Method may be purchased as an individual skill, a stage, or the complete Method. You do not need to belong to an ATA-funded or employer-sponsored programme to purchase learning directly, subject to the requirements disclosed for the selected product.
Buying a course does not enrol you in a funded programme or entitle you to a stipend, internship placement, job interview, employment or business funding. Programme applications and enterprise support engagements have their own eligibility and selection processes. Use of ATA’s G•R•O•W framework does not guarantee revenue, funding or commercial success.
3. Product information and ordering
Before paying, review the course contents, format, price, access period, technical requirements and completion requirements. The product description identifies included facilitation, assessments, certificates or other services. Services not listed are not included.
You may review and correct the order before submitting it. An automated receipt acknowledges your order; our acceptance and access confirmation establishes the purchased service and its start arrangements. If we cannot accept or fulfil a paid order, we will explain and refund the amount due. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Prices are stated in South African rand. The checkout must display the total payable, applicable tax treatment and any additional charges before you pay. An obvious pricing error will be explained before acceptance; if it affects an already paid order that we cannot honour, you may decline the corrected offer and receive a refund.
4. Accounts and permitted use
Give accurate registration details and protect your login credentials. A standard purchase provides access for one named learner unless the product expressly provides multiple licences. Do not resell access, share credentials, impersonate another person, copy restricted materials for distribution, interfere with the platform or submit someone else’s work as your own.
If purchasing for someone else, ensure that you may provide their details and that they receive the applicable learning and privacy information. ATA’s courses are available to learners aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 years old to enrol as a learner. If you purchase a course for another person, that learner must also be aged 18 or older.
5. Learning outcomes and certificates
Learning requires your participation and completion of the stated activities. A purchase alone does not earn a certificate. The course page specifies assessment and completion requirements. Unless that specific page expressly identifies and substantiates an accredited qualification or credit-bearing programme, an ATA completion certificate must not be represented as an NQF qualification, professional licence or guarantee of employment.
6. Intellectual property and contributions
ATA and its licensors retain rights in course materials, frameworks, branding and other protected content. Your purchase permits personal learning use during the stated access period and use of downloadable resources to the extent expressly permitted. It does not transfer ownership or grant a right to teach, sell or license ATA content.
You retain ownership of your original submissions. You permit ATA and authorised delivery providers to use them only as needed to deliver, assess, support and administer the relevant learning or programme. Promotional use of your story, image or testimonial requires a separate lawful permission process.
7. Availability, conduct and account restrictions
Report access problems promptly using the support contact. We will investigate and provide the remedy appropriate to the problem and your rights. Material interruptions caused by ATA or its delivery platform will be addressed through restoration, a reasonable extension, or another appropriate remedy; see the Refunds Policy.
We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, accounts or systems, or to investigate serious misuse. Where practicable we will explain the concern and allow a response. Any final restriction will be proportionate, with paid-service and refund rights assessed fairly. A restriction does not automatically forfeit all payments.
8. Responsibility, changes and disputes
ATA is responsible for the services it agrees to supply. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for gross negligence. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or that every learner will achieve the same outcome.
South African law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply. Raise a concern with admin@atatrainingacademy.co.za or (065) 752-9651. You retain access to competent regulators, dispute-resolution bodies and courts; you do not have to surrender those rights to use our services.
We may revise these terms for future use. The version accepted for a purchase continues to govern it unless a lawful change is agreed or required by law. Material changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
